Neek Talk Interviews

What is one thing manufactures don't think about that they should?

I have been asked this question many times. In fact, I was just asked this question yesterday. My response, color. Manufacturers need to add color to their products.

For example, when Kim and I were in the Intel booth of CES, what product do you think caught our eye the most? It was the bright orange one. Our eyes were drawn to the bright orange one. We wanted to know what it was, and what it did. Yes, we took a look at all the other products, but we were most interested in the one which caught our eye, the orange one.

Also, Kim was saying that she knows people at her school who do things like decide not to bring their cell phones, or at least switch the skins on their cell phones, just so that their cell phones will match their outfits. What do they do when there isn't really an option of color? My guess, they don't buy the product.

How can companies use this to their advantage? They can make skins for their products. For example, some skins could have different super heroes on them. Others could simply be different colors, or have different designs from nature on them.

The point is, by taking this knowledge and doing something to add color to their products, manufacturers are going to sell more because people are more likely to look at their products.
